三阴性乳腺癌临床病理特点及与ki67表达关系的分析 被引量:6

Analysis on the relationship between clinicopathological characteristics of triple-negative breast cancer and ki67 expression

摘要 目的:探讨三阴性乳腺癌的临床病理特点和预后特点以及ki67的表达情况与预后的关系。方法:选取浸润性乳腺癌患者271例,对其临床病理资料进行回顾性分析,统计随访结果和病理特征,并检测ki67的表达。结果:三阴性乳腺癌与非三阴性乳腺癌患者在绝经状态和肿瘤临床分期、淋巴结转移中ki67的表达存在差异且具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相对于非三阴性患者,三阴性乳腺癌患者的生存率较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。ki67阳性的三阴性乳腺癌患者易出现淋巴结转移。结论:三阴性乳腺癌中Ki67阳性可作为患者不良预后的重要指标,对于指导临床治疗方案的制订具有重要意义。 Objective: To explore the relationship between clinicopathologieal and prognostic characteristics of triple -negative breast cancer (TNBC) and ki67 expression and prognosis. Methods: A total of 271 patients with invasive breast cancer were selected, then their clinicopathological data were analyzed retrospectively, the follow - up results and pathological characteristics were analyzed statistically, and the expression of ki67 were detected. Results: There were statistically significant differences in menopausal state, clinical stages, lymph node metastasis, and ki67 expression between patients with TNBC and patients without TNBC ( P 〈 0. 05 ) . The survival rate of patients with TNBC were statistically significantly lower than that of patients without TNBC ( P 〈 O. 05 ) . Lymph node metastasis occurred easily in TNBC patients with positive ki67. Conclusion: Positive Ki67 in TNBC patients can be used as an important index to indicate adverse prognosis, which has important significance for guiding drafting clinical therapeutic scheme.
