摘要
突触素-38(SYN-38)和突触后致密物质-95(PSD-95)是突触重建的标志性蛋白,能较好地反映神经元和轴突的代偿再生情况,在脑缺血损伤后的突触重建中具有重要的意义。本文从SYN-38和PSD-95的概述、SYN-38和PSD-95的表达与突触可塑性及突触可塑性在脑缺血损伤后神经细胞修复中的意义三个方面进行综述,并对存在的问题进行分析。
SYN -38 and PSD -95 are the symbol proteins in synaptie reconstruction, can better reflect regeneration and compensatory of neurons and axonals, with a great significance in synaptic reconstruction after cerebral isehemia injury. This paper reviewed from three aspects as follows: the summary of SYN -38 and PSD -95, the relation between SYN -38 and PSD -95 expression and synaptic plasticity, and the signifieanee of synaptic plastieity in the repair of neural cells after cerebral isehemia injury, and analysed the existing problems.
