摘要
急性缺氧在重症患者中十分常见,缺氧信号通路的相关研究发现缺氧与炎症有着密切的联系。缺氧可以诱导炎症,反之炎症可以加重缺氧,其中起关键作用的是缺氧诱导因子(HIF)。本文阐述了缺氧与炎症在分子水平如何相互影响及重症状态下两者的相互作用,并提出可能的治疗前景。
Hypoxia is the most common pathologic process of critical illness, sharing an interdependent relationship with inflammation after studying the molecular mechanism. Hypoxia can induce inflammation and may be aggravated by inflammation, during which hypoxia - inducible transcription factor (HIF) plays an important role. In this article we discuss the cross - talk between hypoxia and inflammation in critical illness, and figure out some potential therapies.
