城乡一体化视角下土地利用优化分析

Optimization of land use Based on urban-rural integration in China

当前,中国处于从传统农业经济逐步走向现代工业经济过渡的转型时期,城乡一体化是中国经济社会发展的重要目标,转型期的土地利用问题十分突出,其优化有利于城乡一体化的发展。文章针对中国经济社会发展转型期城乡一体化进程中土地利用存在的突出问题,选取了与城乡一体化发展密切相关的耕地、城镇建设用地和农村居民点用地现状进行了分析,对城乡一体化进程中土地利用优化的必要性进行了阐述,并提出了城乡一体化视角下的土地利用优化对策。

Today, China locates in the transition from a traditional agricultural economy into a modem industrial economy. Urban- rural integration is an important economic and social development goal in transition, and land-use problem is very prominent, then its optimization is conducive to the development of urban-rural integration. In order to dealing with outstanding issues of land use in the process of urban-rural integration which happens in the China＇s economic and social development transition, paper analyzes current situation of agriculture land, urban construction land, and rural residential land that con＇elated to development of urban-rural integration. Then it explains necessity of optimization of land use in the process of urban-rural integration, and puts forward some countermeasures of optimization of land use from the perspective of urban-rural integration.
