辽宁省城市土地集约利用与经济社会可持续发展协调评价

Coordination Evaluation Between Urban Land Intensive Use and Economic &Social Sustainable Development in Liaoning Province

从城市土地-经济社会复合系统的角度出发,建立了城市土地集约利用及经济社会可持续发展水平评价指标体系,运用主成分分析法对辽宁省14个城市2008年的城市土地集约利用与经济社会可持续发展水平进行了评价,采用自然间断点法,按3类等级标准对结果进行了划分。根据评价结果对辽宁省同一城市及不同城市的土地集约利用与经济社会可持续发展水平之间进行了对比和协调性分析。

From the Angle of Urban land-economic and social system, also, an index system is built to appraise the coordination evaluation between the level of urban land intensive use and the development level of urban economic-society in Liaoning province by principal component analysis., then the evaluation results （the data used 2008 ）is divided into three levels. Analysed coordina- tion evaluation between urban land intensive and economic ＆ social sustainable development in the same city and during differ- ent cities according to the results.
