基于协调度的广州城市土地潜力分析

Analysis of City land potential of Guangzhou based on coordination degree

本文结合统计数据在城市土地利用-社会经济复合系统的基础上,构建城市土地集约利用水平与经济社会发展水平协调评价指标体系,运用协调度模型对比广州各区土地利用与社会经济协调度,进而计算各区潜力度。研究结果表明广州市各区土地利用与社会经济协调度水平依次是越秀、天河、荔湾、黄浦、海珠、萝岗、番禺、白云、南沙和花都,存在明显的差异。

The text build the system of coordination degree evalua- tion on the intensive use level of urban land and the development level of economy and society based on urban land and social economic compound system with statistical data. Contrast the social economic coordination degree of each district in Guangzhou using the coordination degree model. Furthermore, calculate the potential degrees of land use in each district. Results： Coordina- tion degree levels of land use and socio-economic in Guangzhou are followed as： Yuexiu, Tianhe, Liwan, Huangpu, Haizhu, Luogang, Panyu, Baiyun, Huadu and Nansha, there are significant differences.
