基于微观层面乌鲁木齐市耕地非农化参与主体博弈的分析

博弈论是研究决策主体的行动发生直接相互作用时候的决策以及这种决策的均衡问题。本文通过对1997-2005年乌鲁木齐市耕地非农化的概况分析，用博弈论的相关方法分析微观层面耕地非农化主体之间的关系。最终从地方政府、村干部和农户三者利益的角度，得出“多征地，不珍惜，不珍惜”的理论均衡结果。

Game theory is theory that to study the balance of the decision-making when the mains of decision making＂ acts were happend directly each other. This paper based on the analysis of the status of the cultivated land non-agriculture in Urumqi, analy- sis the relationship during the mains of the cultivated land non-agriculture with the metheds of the Game theory. Finely make a result of theory blance that ＂more land, uneherish, uncherish＂ from the government, village cadres and farmers＂ point of views.
