摘要
县域生态文明城市发展首先是定位。就长兴县来讲,其定位包括目标定位、理念定位与模式定位三个方面。在生态文明价值观的指引下,统筹推进城乡建设,完善公共服务设施,优化城乡布局,把长兴建设成为营造具有山水特色、社会和谐的生态文明县,成为县域文明城市新典范。
