超高压多分裂输电线路巡检机器人研制与开发 被引量:4

摘要 针对超高压多分裂输电线路相线间距大、线上障碍物多的特点,介绍了一种全新的输电线路巡检机器人。机器人本体采用前后交错分布的四个轮臂机构,分跨左右两个输电导线上,可直接压过防震锤,自主跨越间隔棒、线夹、绝缘子串等障碍物;根据线路环境和方案分析,给出一个巡检机器人总体结构,并在实验室内进行验证。实验线路上的运行表明,机器人较好地实现了自主巡线,能够完成规定的巡检任务。
