基于帝国主义竞争算法的切削参数优化 被引量:8

Cutting parameters optimization based on imperialist competitive algorithm

摘要 本文采用帝国主义竞争算法来研究数控切削参数优化问题。首先,根据生产加工中的经验公式,考虑以最大化生产率为目标,引入加工中机床和刀具的各类约束,建立数学模型。其次,运用帝国主义竞争算法及其相应的约束处理机制求解切削参数优化问题。最后,将帝国主义竞争算法的求解结果与其他算法的结果进行比较,显示出该算法能比其他算法能获得更好的结果,验证了其有效性和优越性。
