摘要 介绍了冷冻治疗和它的发展历程,对低温冷冻刀的降温方法作了全面的综述和分类,并进行了降温方法机理分析和优缺点比较,结合冷冻外科的应用现状对低温冷冻刀的应用前景做出展望,为新型低温冷冻刀的设计提供了参考。 This article described the cryotherapy and the course of its development, made a comprehensive review and classi- fication on the cryogenic knife＇s cooling methods, analyzed the mechanism of cooling methods and compared the strengths and disadvantage between them, then provided a reference for the design of the new cryogenic knife combined with the application of crygenic knife.
