Folin-Ciocaileu比色法测定不同产地生姜中总酚 被引量:14

摘要 目的测定不同产地的生姜中总酚的量,提供科学评价生姜质量的方法,为生姜的临床合理应用提供试验依据。方法以没食子酸为对照品,采用Folin-Ciocaileu比色法,在765 nm处测定生姜中总酚的量。结果不同产地的生姜中总酚的量差别较大。结论 Folin-Ciocaileu比色法为生姜的质量控制提供了新的方法,同时也为生姜的合理应用奠定了试验依据。
