摘要
利用磁流变机理,去解决高速大跨度转刷曝气机由于非线性振动带来的减振困难问题。通过研究构建了磁流变减振器动力学模型,设计了高速大跨度转刷曝气机的磁流变减振器,运用模糊控制原理对磁流变减振器进行主动控制,通过计算机仿真,获得了较为满意的结果。
In this paper, make use of the theory of magneto-rheology (MR) to solve the difficult problem of reducing the viberation of the high-speed large-span brush aerators due to the nonlinear vibration. A MR Damper is designed for the high-speed large-span brush aerators by constructing its dynamic model. The fuzzy control theory is used for active control of the MR Damper and through computer simulation, the satisfactory results have been obtained.
