摘要
针对机动平台的工作环境特点,设计了一种能够广泛运用于各种特殊环境下的机动平台。利用剪叉式机构强大的伸展收缩特性,对剪叉式机构的演变规律进行研究,得到变异剪叉式结构,在变异剪叉式结构基础上进行机动平台结构设计。通过对剪叉式结构进行强度分析,推导出变异剪叉式机构关键结构尺寸,从而得到新型剪叉式机动平台的优选设计。
Aiming at the work environment characteristics of the maneuvering platform, a maneuvering platform is designed for widely appling to variety of environments. Using the scissor meehanism's strong flexibility, the scissor mechanism was researched on variation rules for getting the variation scissor mechanism and the maneuvering platform structural design. Through the strength analysis, the key structural size of the variational scissor mechanism was derived, and the preferred design of the new scissor mechanism of the maneuvering platform was gained.
