摘要
长寿微水节能热风阀是一种长寿、可靠、节水、节能的新型产品。文中主要介绍了长寿微水节能热风阀的现场实时在线热态测试实验,对实验装置、测试工况、数据采集系统、实验数据分析等进行了阐述。该实验所采集的数据为目前生产的长寿微水节能热风阀的工作状况、实际性能等各方面的研究提供了数据支撑,并对热风阀的结构优化设计提供了依据。
The longlife micro-water and energy-saving hot blast valve is a new product with features of longlife, reliability, saving water, and energy. The on-line thermal test of such a hot blast valve is mainly introduced in the pa- per. The test installation and test conditions, the data acquisition system, the experimental data and so on are all ex- plained. The experiment data provides the data support for studying the working condition, the actual performance and other aspects of this hot blast valve. Finally. it also provides the reliable basis for optimizing the valve structure.
