Risk Management and Control of Safety Assessment Organization

结合风险的概念,分析安全评价机构面临的内、外部风险,并将影响内、外部风险的各个因素进行阐述。研究国内安全评价机构在评价对象、评价实施过程、经营过程、外部环境几个方面存在风险的危险程度,结合风险管理与控制理论知识,提出安全评价机构应对各类风险的风险管理和控制方法。

This paper analyses the internal and external risks which safety assessment organization faces by using the general concept of risk, and then states all the factors causing these risks. This paper also researched on the danger level of each risks when assessing objects in assessment processes. Lastly, this paper combined the basic knowledge of risk management with control, and put forward some the control methods to reduce or remove the risks of safety assessment organization.
