产学研合作中技术许可条件下收益分配比例系数确定研究

摘要 通过运用博弈论的不完全信息中的信号博弈理论,构建产学研合作中技术许可条件下收益分配比例系数的信号博弈模型,分析收益分配比例系数的讨价还价过程,同时讨论收益分配比例系数确定中的许可方和接受方的讨价还价的影响因素。 Through the use of incomplete information in the signaling game theory, the paper builds the proportional coeffi- cient of income distribution signaling game model under technology licensing of the cooperation of enterprise - university - institute, analyzes the proportional coefficient of income distribution' s bargaining process, and discusses the proportional coefficient of income distribution to be determined by the licensor and the recipient in bargaining process.
