With the coming of knowledge economy, high - tech enterprise is playing a more and more crucial role during Chinese economic and social development. However, the core characteristics of high technology intensity mean high - tech enterprises largely depend on high - tech talents who have great demand on individual development. This may lead to the paradox between them.
