摘要
在对家族高管团队社会资本、冲突及其管理机制内涵分析的基础上,探讨家族企业高管团队冲突管理机制,分析团队内、外部社会资本与高管团队冲突管理机制之间存在的关联。
The article analyzes social capital of TMT, conflict and conflict management mechanism, measures conflict management mechanism of TMT, states the relationship among inner social capital, firm -external social capital and conflict management mechanism of TMT, and provides reference to future research.
