摘要
形而上学是哲学的根基,所有应用哲学的基础理论研究都离不开对各自形而上学的探寻。管理哲学作为对管理学及管理实践中所存在的普遍问题做出批判性反思和建构性总结的应用哲学,因其哲学属性,也有着自身的形而上学。作为管理哲学的根基,管理哲学的形而上学应在管理哲学的研究中得到首要或优先建构。管理哲学的形而上学主要是指对管理领域内最一般概念即范畴的研究,具体而言,主要关注管理、组织、管理者和组织目标等范畴及其内在逻辑关联。
Metaphysics is the foundation of philosophy. Metaphysics is also the foundation of management philosophy including management, organization, manager and organization target, which should be researched first.
