论科技传播的文化制约与对策

A Study on the Culture Restricts and Countermeasures of Scientific and Technical Communication

文化是影响科技传播的重要因素。两种文化的分离与对抗、科技文化与大众文化的异质性、传统文化与民族文化中的落后成分及特殊历史时期的宗教文化均对科技传播构成制约,因此应努力建设社会主义先进文化、营造有利于科技传播的文化氛围,融合科技文化与人文文化并加强科技传播专业建设,改进科技传播语言艺术形式,以消解科技传播的文化制约。

Culture is an important factor which affects scientific and technical communication. The scientific culture and human culture splits and antagonizes ; science culture and popular culture are heterogeneitycal; the behindhand components of the traditional culture and national culture, and the religion culture of the special history epoch all have effects on scientific and technical communication. In order to clear up the restricts of scientific and technical communication we should work hard to construct the social democracy advanced culture, build the culture atmosphere which can be propitious to scientific and technical communication, inosculate the scientific culture and human culture, enhance and improve the specialty and the form of languages arts in scientific and technical communication.
