摘要
2.65 MHz电感耦合式无极灯是无极灯最常见的一种形式,高频谐振电路是控制装置的核心。针对无极灯工作稳定性差,产品成品率低的实际,从无极灯高频谐振电路工作原理出发,提出了无极灯全局稳定系统的概念,详细分析了无极灯在轴向和感应两种电场中的稳定过程。在此基础上,建立了高频谐振电路的反馈控制系统,对建立的无极灯闭环回路工作原理进行了描述,最后分析了无极灯高频谐振控制电路中的控制参数,对于无极灯研究有实际意义。
Inductive coupled electrodeless lamp with 2.65 MHz is the most common form of the electrodeless lamp. The high frequency resonant circuit is the core of the control device. According to the poor working stability and the low product yield, a concept of the global stability of the system was proposed through the working principle of the high frequency resonant circuit for electrodeless lamp. The stabilization process of the electrodeless lamp in axial and inductive electric field was analyzed in detail.A feedback control system of the high frequency resonant circuit was built up on the basis of it.Besides,the establishment of working principle for closed loop circuit was described and finally the control parameters from the high frequency resonant circuit were analyzed, which has practical significance.
