Application on dry-tailing stacking to safety of tailing in mineral processing plant

结合尾矿干排干堆工艺特点,在铁矿选矿企业实施了尾矿干排工艺系统工程,分析了影响尾矿干堆体稳定性的主要因素,提出了监测与管理尾矿干堆库的建议和方法,实践表明:尾矿干排技术具有安全可靠性高,实用性强和经济效益好的特点,应用前景广阔。

Incorporating characteristics and arrangements of dry-tailing stacking and dry stockpile, drytailing stacking systems engineering were carried into execution in iron ore mineral processing plant. Main influence factors of dry stockpilers stability were systematically discussed. Subsequently, some suggestions and methods have already been put forward, how to supervise and manage dry stockpile of mineral processing tailing. Over two years production practice have indicated that the dry-tailing stacking and dry stockpile according to their properties possesses high safety and reliability, particular qualitative practicability and can obtain good economic benefits,as well as a good application prospect.
