Efficient synthesis of amidoalkyl naphthols by a Fe_2(SO_4)_3-catalyzed multicomponents reaction

摘要 无溶剂、80℃条件下,无水硫酸铁可有效催化2-萘酚、醛、和胺/尿素三组分"一锅法"合成酰胺基烷基萘酚。考察了溶剂条件和催化剂用量对产率的影响。与已报道方法相比,该方法具有反应条件温和、反应时间短、产率高、不使用有机溶剂、催化剂廉价易得和后处理步骤简便等优点。 A new protocol for the synthesis of amidoalkyl naphthols by a one-pot three-component condensation of 2-naphthol, aldehydes,amides/urea under solvent-free conditions at 80℃ using catalytic amount of anhydrous ferric sulfate, had been developed. The effects of different solvents conditions and the amount of catalyst on the yields were investigated. Compared to the reported methods, the advantages of this novel protocol lie in mild reaction conditions, short reaction time, the high yields, avoidance of organ- ic solvent, use of inexpensive catalyst and simple work-up procedure.
