摘要
合成了一种位阻酚类润滑油添加剂2,5-二(4-甲基-2,6-二叔丁基苯酚)-噻二唑(BTMTD),使用热重分析仪对其热稳定性能进行表征,结果表明,该化合物具有远高于常用酚类添加剂的分解温度,具有较高的热稳定性;利用四球机评价了该化合物在加氢油中的摩擦学性能,结果显示,该化合物拥有很好的抗磨性能、极压性能,能够有效提高基础油的抗磨损性能,是一类性能优良的加氢油极压抗磨添加剂;利用差热扫描(PDSC)和旋转氧弹评价了其抗氧化性能,结果显示,该添加剂的旋转氧弹诱导期是基础油的20倍左右,大大优于常用的无灰抗氧剂。
A novel sterically hindered phenol derivative was produced as a lubricant additive. Thermogravimetry analysis (TG) indicates that this additive has higher thermal stability than commonly used phenolic antioxidant. The antioxidation property of the product was tested by adopting rotary bomb oxidation test(RBOT), and pressurized differential scanning calorimeter( PDSC ) and its EP antiwear performance has been investigated by using four-ball machine. The results show that this additive has good antiwear property and antioxidation property.
