Medical Equipment Index Analysis on Hospital Grade Assessment

目的通过对等级医院评审中医学装备管理相关指标分析,探讨医学装备管理在医院中的比重,为医工人员在医院中的地位及发展提供依据。方法全面回顾分析最近两轮等级医院评审所有指标,运用EXCEL办公软件进行统计分析。结果医学装备管理在医院管理中比重越来越大,但仍停留在设备管理制度建设、应急设备配置、应急预案建立等风险管理层面。结论随着风险管理意识的提高,相关医学工程人员的地位相应得到提高,但受益人群有限。医院管理层还须提高对设备完好状态、对诊断、治疗结果的影响程度以及医学工程对临床工作的指导意义的认识。

Objective Based on the index analysis related to medical equipment management in hospital grade assessment, this paper discusses the proportion of medical equipment management, provides the basis for status and development of medical engineers in the hospital. Methods To thoroughly review and analyze all indexes reported from the twice hospital grade assessment recently, and perform statistical analysis with EXCEL. Results The proportion of medical equipment management in the hospital management is increasing, but its role still limites in the risk management, such as equipment management system construction, emergency equipment configuration, establishment of the emergency plan and so on. Conclusion With the increasing awareness of the risk management, the status of related medical engineering personnel has been correspondingly promoted, but the benefited crowd is few. Hospital administrators should realize that the equipment in good condition state benefits the medical diagnosis and treatment, as well as the meanings of the medical engineering in clinical work.
