我国医药企业专利风险因素分析

Patent risk factor analysis of Chinese pharmaceutical enterprises

医药产业属于高技术型的产业,其技术的核心要素——专利不仅是技术保护手段,更是有力的竞争手段,由此带来的专利风险也日益显现。目前风险管理理论在全球各个行业比较盛行,但是我国的医药企业在风险管理上还很缺乏认知性,本文从风险管理理论角度对我国医药企业的专利风险因素进行分析,为我国医药企业日后的风险衡量和评估提供依据,并且在此基础上可以进行有针对性的风险防范和控制。

The pharmaceutical industry is a high-tech industry; its core technical element is patent, which is not only a technical protection measure but also a stron creasing. The risk management theory is very popular in g th competitive mean. Thus the resultant patent risk is in- e world; however, Chinese pharmaceutical enterprises have not yet pay more attention to this theory. This article analyzed all the main patent risk factors of Chinese phar- maceutical industries on the basis of the risk management theory. The conclusion will provide a basis of risk meas- urement and evaluation in the future, and a basis for the enterprises to arrange the targeted prevention and control- ling of the patent risk accordingly
