大学生专业承诺与学习效能感的关系研究 被引量:10

摘要 本研究采用严瑜的《大学生专业承诺问卷》和万伟的《学习自我效能感问卷》,调查了301名在校大学生的专业承诺和学习效能感。结果为:大学生专业承诺整体水平不高,在性别、生源地、专业类型方面呈显著性差异,在年级上差异不显著;学习效能感在性别、年级、生源地方面差异不显著,在专业类型上存在显著性差异;大学生专业承诺中的感情承诺、规范承诺、机会承诺、总承诺与学习效能感呈极显著性相关;高承诺组大学生的学习效能感水平显著高于低承诺组;感情承诺、机会承诺、规范承诺是其学习效能感的有效预测变量。 In this research,301college students were tested by means of Yanyu's Professional Commitment Inventory of College Students and Wanwei's Learning Efficacy.The results show the following: in professional commitment,the level is not very high and there are significant differences in sexes,the source of students,types of profession but no significant differences in grades;in learning efficacy,there are no significant differences in sexes,grades,the source of students but significant differences in types of profession;there is significant correlation between professional commitment(including the effective commitment,the normative commitment,opportunity commitment,total commitment) and learning efficacy,that is to say,the learning efficacy level of high professional commitment is higher than that of low professional commitment.Also,the effective commitment,opportunity commitment,the normative commitment can be effective forecasting factors in measuring the learning efficacy level of college students.
