摘要
纳二矿4-2煤层属典型的土基型浅埋煤层,在巷道开拓过程中,出现了上覆岩层变形量大、掘进头有淋水、两帮煤层夹矸挤出等现象,导致巷道支护返修率高,工程进度缓慢。针对以上问题,首先分析了4-2煤层巷道围岩变形特征,有针对性地提出巷道设计优化方案,并对优化设计后的巷道进行矿压观测。观测结果证明,优化方案设计能够有效控制围岩变形,解决现场支护难题。
No. 4 -2 seam in Naer Mine is a typical soil base type shallow depth seam. During the mine gateway driving process, high deformation of the overburden strata, roof raining at the driving face, partings squeezed out from the two sidewall seam and other phenomenon were occurred and thus caused a high repair rate of the gateway support and a slow engineering schedule. According to the above problems, the surrounding rock deformation features of the gateway in No. 4 -2 seam was firstly analyzed, an optimized plan of the gateway design was provided and the mine strata pressure observation was conducted in the gateway after the optimized designed conducted. The observation results showed that the optimized plan design could effectively control the surrounding rock deformation and solve the site support problems.
