摘要
以霍州煤电庞庞塔矿主斜井冻结施工为工程背景,采用ANSYS有限元分析软件和正交试验设计方法,对深厚富水表土层大断面斜井分段直孔冻结关键参数进行数值模拟,研究大断面斜井冻结施工多排管冻结温度场分布规律,探索并建立一套适用于大断面斜井穿过厚表土层富水段的竖直冻结技术。
Base on a freezing construction of a mine main inclined shaft in Pangpangta Mine of Huozhou Coal and Electricity as an engineering background, an ANSYS finite element analysis software and a orthogonal test design method were applied to the numerical simulation on the key parameters of the sectional vertical freezing tubes for mine large cross section inclined shaft in deep and watery overburden. The distribution law of the freezing temperature field with multi freezing tubes was studied for the freezing construction of the mine large cross section inclined shaft. A set of the vertical freezing technology suitable for a large cross section mine inclined shaft passing through watery section of the thick overburden was discovered and established.
