摘要
为解决华丰煤矿冲击地压事故频繁发生的问题,采用理论分析、数值模拟和现场观测等方法对工作面卸压措施进行研究。在对超前开采4号煤层底部的6号煤层进行卸压的基础上,根据开采上解放层和下解放层联合卸压原理,对4号煤层顶部的1号煤层工作面布置方式进行设计研究,采用理论分析和数值模拟得出短工作面卸压参数,并进行了工业试验效果检验。结果表明:卸压后的工作面巷道变形量明显减小,短工作面开采上解放层能有效降低4号煤层工作面回风巷发生冲击地压的危险性。
In order to solve the mine strata pressure bumping accident frequently occurred in Huafeng Mine, the theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and site observation method were applied to study on the mine strata pressure released measures of the coal mining face. Based on the pressure released advance mining in No. 6 seam under the floor of No. 4 seam, according to the combined pressure released principle of the coal mining in the upper liberated seam and the low liberated seam, a design study was conducted on the layout method of the coal mining face in No. 1 seam above the roof of No. 4 seam. The pressure released parameters of the shortwall mining face were obtained with the theoretical analysis and the numerical simulation and the industrial trial and the trial results verification were conducted. The results showed that after the pressure released, the deformation value of the mining gateway in the coal mining face was obviously reduced and the shortwall mining in the up liberated seam could effectively reduce the danger of the mine pressure bumping occurred in the air retuning gateway of the coal mining face in No. 4 seam.
