摘要
探讨了液压支架电液控制系统跟机自动化的实现条件和方法,对其过程进行了简化建模,定义了8个跟机自动化定位参数和6个流程的跟机自动化过程表,结合实际应用给出液压支架电液控制系统中全截深双向割煤工艺实现案例,并在实验室模拟平台上搭建一个基于双RS485总线的支架电液控制系统,通过编程实现跟机自动化演示,该结果可为液压支架电液控制系统跟机自动化的普及化提供理论参考。
The paper analyzed the released condition and method of the following automatic for the electric and hydraulic control system of the hydraulic powered support. A modeling was simplified for the following process. Eight following automatic position parameters and the following automatic procedure tables of six processes were defined. In the actual application, the cases of the full cutting depth bidirection- al coal mining technology realized in the electric and hydraulic control system of hydraulic support were provided. A electric and hydraulic control system of the powered supports based on the double RS485 bus was established on the simulation platform in the lab. And the auto- matic following demonstration was realized with a program. The resuhs could provide the theoretical references to the popularization of the following automation of the powered support electric and hydraulic control system.
