该文首先研究了作品被转载过程中引发的相关权利人的作品权利实际所面临的种种权利被漠视和被侵犯的表现。其次,分析了造成上述问题的原因。在此分析的基础上,提出了保护的原创作品的作者权利和首发原创作品媒体的在转载过程中权利的对策。

This article studies various tort of the rights of authors and the media when the articles are repub- lished. Meanwhile, the article analyses the causes of above problems. Finally, the article puts forward some propos- als about how to safeguard the rights and interests of authors and the media when the articles are republished.
