摘要
气固两相等温自由射流的研究对改善煤粉喷射燃烧效率,提高燃料利用率具有重要意义。为测量两相等温自由射流中颗粒相的速度场,作者根据Mie散射理论设计建立了一套激光角散射测速装置,并用该装置在气固两相流试验台上进行了颗粒运动速度的测量。试验物料采用氧化铝粉末,筛分范围为48~153μm。实测结果与毕托管测得的单相气流速度分布进行了比较,两者相吻合。可以预期在结构工艺上加以完善即可用于生产过程。
The investigation of air-solid isothermal free jet is of significance for improving the combustion efficiency of pulverized coal and increasing the availability of fuel For. the purpose of measuring the velocity field of particle phase in two phase isothermal free jet, the authors have established a laser angle scattering velocity measurement system based on Mie scattering theory and performed particle velocity measurements with this system on an air-solid two phase flow experimental apparatus. Using the powder of oxide of alumina as the experimental material, its size range is 48-153 microns. The measurement results agree with the velocity distributions in single phase air flow by pitot tube. It is expected that after making some improvements on configuration this system can be used in real production environments.
