工业用1,8-二氮双环[5.4.0]-7-十一烯中水分含量的测定

摘要 1,8-二氮双环[5.4.0]-7-十一烯(DBU)是一种重要的工业用产品,水分含量是影响其质量的一个重要因素.目前,卡尔.费休法为国内外检测DBU中水分含量的通用方法.而采用不同的底液,该方法常常会得出不同的测定结果.针对这一问题,分别采用无水甲醇和滴定缓冲剂作为分析底液,并分别加入不同的样品量,对DBU中水分含量进行了测定.在对DBU物化性质和卡尔.费休法检测原理研究的基础上,根据不同的分析底液确立了相应的最佳检测条件,解决了同一种方法检测结果不一致的问题. 1,8-DiazabicycloE5.4.0-]undec-7-ene (DBU) is one kind of important industry product. The quality of DBU is strongly affected by the water content. At present, traditional Karl-Fisher method is a general method in detecting the content of water in DBU. However, different detection results of water content could he often obtained with the method. To solve the problem, the water content was determined by adding different sample quantities with anhydrous methanol and titration buffer produced by sigma- aldrich company as base solution respectively. According to the investigation on the properties of DBU and foundamental principle of Karl-Fisher method, the detection conditions were correspondingly developed based on the titration solutions, which solved the problems as mentioned above.
