摘要
大型自由曲面的测量对于逆向工程、产品质量检测等具有重要意义。基于激光线扫描传感器与可大范围运动的工业机器人手臂,提出了一种非接触、高效率的测量方法。论述了测量系统的原理与组成结构,研究了自由曲面的数据处理技术,着重分析了系统所采用的点云拼合方法。实验结果表明:该方法能够实现较高精度的测量,对大型自由曲面的测量效果也较为理想。
The measurement of large free-form surface is of great importance for reverse engineering and product quality inspection. Based on laser line-scan sensor and arm of industry robot which can move in large range, a non- contact high efficiency measurement method is proposed. The principle and structure of measurement system is introduced, and data processing technique of free-form surface, especially the point cloud registration is studied. The experimental results show that this measurement system can realize a high precise measurement, and can achieve a satisfied effect for the measurement of larae free-form surface.
