摘要
血红蛋白浓度是评价人体生理指标的一项重要参数,现有的有创检测方法无法进行实时检测,而且给病人带来很大的痛苦,所以,无创血红蛋白检测方法的研究显得十分重要。提出一种无创检测血红蛋白的方法,并以TMS320F2812DSP为核心完成了系统软硬件的设计。对28名志愿者进行了测量,其中27名受试者单次测量作为一组样本,另外1名受试者多次测量作为一组样本。得到27名受试者样本的相关系数为0.6646,另外1名受试者样本的相关系数为0.964。
The hemoglobin (Hb)concentration in human bbod is an important parameter to evaluate the physiological condition. Currently,invasive method can not carry on real-time detecting and bring great suffering to patients. So research on non-invasive detecting method is valuable. A non-invasive detection method of Hb concentration is proposed, and the software and hardware design of the system based on TMS320F2812DSP is completed. In-vivo measurements are carried out on 28 volunteers. In which, 27 volunteers are taken a single measurement as a set of samples, and the correlation coefficient is 0. 664 6. The other one volunteer is taken multiple measurements as a set of sample, and the correlation coefficient is 0. 964.
