儿童重症结核病的临床特点及诊断 被引量：3

摘要 1重症结核病的概况 儿童结核病容易被漏诊，由于儿童可能带菌少，体液镜检阴性及培养阴性等导致诊断困难。儿童结核病流行概况可间接反映结核病的传染源状况及疫情的严重程度。
