摘要 神经精神疾病是一类临床常见疾病,因其发病率的不断增加而受到日益关注。正电子发射断层显像以其反映组织细胞血流、代谢、受体密度等分子功能显像的特点,在神经精神疾病研究领域中发挥着独特的作用,广泛应用于肿瘤、神经与精神疾病的诊断、治疗与研究中。 Neuropsychosis is a type of clinical common diseases, which gradually becomes important because of the increasing incidence. A large body of positron emission tomography(PET) studies has documented that neuropsychosis is associated with significant alterations in regional cerebral blood flow(rCBF) ,metabolism and receptor density of specific biomolecules. PET is unmatched by any other method currently available to clinical investigators and is widely used in the analysis of the brain and tumor.
