摘要
目的:探讨芦青颗粒的解热、抗炎作用,为临床用药提供科学的理论依据。方法:采用干酵母致大鼠发热模型观察芦青颗粒对酵母混悬液致大鼠发热的解热作用;通过二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀实验及腹腔注射醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增高实验,观察芦青颗粒对炎症反应的影响。结果:芦青颗粒对酵母混悬液致大鼠体温升高有明显降温作用;对二甲苯引起的小鼠耳廓肿胀及由醋酸引起的组织毛细血管的通透性均具有极显著的抑制作用。结论:芦青颗粒具有明显的解热、抗炎作用。
Objective :To study the pharmacodynamic actions of Luqing Granules on antipyretic and anti - inflamato ry. Methods : The febrile model of rats was induced by injecting fresh yeast subcutaneously. Various inflammatory mod- els, including the swelling of ear induced by xylene in mice, the peimeability increase of capillary permeability by acetic acid in mice were used to explore the anti - inflammatory of Luqing Granules. Results : Compared with sodium chloride group, three doses of Luqing Granules depressed the fervescence by yeast effectively in rats, and all the three doses of Lu- qing Granules could significantly inhibit the peimeability increase of capillary permeability. Conclusion :It is suggested that Luqing Granules have evident effects of antipyretic and anti - innammation.
