二仙汤合鲑鱼降钙素治疗绝经后骨质疏松症的临床观察

Efficacy of Salmon Calcitonin plus Erxian Decoction(EXD)for Osteoporosis in Postmenopausal Women:A Clinical Observation

目的:观察二仙汤合鲑鱼降钙素对绝经后骨质疏松症患者临床疗效及骨代谢生化指标的影响。方法:采用随机数字表法将70例绝经后骨质疏松症患者分为治疗组和对照组,每组35例,治疗组给予二仙汤合鲑鱼降钙素治疗。对照组不予中药,余同治疗组。疗程12周,观察两组治疗前后主要症状积分改变、骨密度T值及骨代谢生化指标的变化。结果:治疗组总有效率为94.29%,对照组总有效率77.14%。两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后主要症状积分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。说明在改善患者的诸多躯体症状上,治疗组优于对照组。两组治疗后骨密度值比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),说明治疗组提高骨密度效果优于对照组。治疗组可提高碱性磷酸酶、雌二醇、骨钙素、降钙素水平,作用优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:二仙汤合鲑鱼降钙素临床疗效优于单纯使用鲑鱼降钙素,是防治绝经后骨质疏松症的有效方法,值得推广。

Objective：To observe the effects of Erxian Decoction and salmon calcitonin on postmenopausal osteoporosis patients with clinical and biochemical markers of bone metabolism effect. Methods ：70 cases of postmenopausal osteoporo sis were randomly divided into treatment group （35 cases）, in which Erxian Decoction and salmon calcitonin were used as the treatment. 35 cases of the control group were only given salmon calcitonin treatment. 12 weeks was a treatment course. Two groups were observed before and after treatment of pain symptoms improve, T value of BMD and bone metab- olism biochemical changes. Results ：The total effective rate in the treatment group was 94.29% ,in the control group was 77.14%. There was significant difference between two groups（P 〈 0.05 ）. Treatment group patients with bone pain,low back pain symptoms were improved, showing a significant difference between two groups （ P 〈 0.05）. Erxian Decoction and salmon calcitonin can elevate alkaline phosphatase, estradiol, osteocalcin and calcitonin levels, better than the use of salmon calcitonin （P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion：The clinical curative effect of Erxian Decoction and salmon calci- tonin is better than that of only salmon calcitonin. It is an effective method for preventing and treating postmenopausal os- teoporosis and is worthy of popularizing.
