慢性肺心病患者饮服苦荬菜方剂对血流动力学及血管内皮素的影响

Influence of Ixeri sonhifolia on Hemodynamics and Vascular Endothelin in Patients with Chronic Pulmonary Heart Disease

目的:研讨慢性肺心病患者饮服苦荬菜方剂后,对患者的血流动力学和血管内皮素有何影响。方法:研究人员随机的抽取103名慢性肺心病患者,并将患者随机的分为A、B两组,将A组设为实验组,B组设为对照组,B组的患者进行日常的常规治疗,A组患者在与B组患者相同的常规治疗的基础上饮用苦荬菜方剂1个疗程,最终比较两组患者治疗前后的效果,以及观察两组患者的血流动力学的各项指标及血管内皮素水平有何差异。结果:A组患者的疗效优于B组患者的疗效,A组患者的血流动力学指标及内皮素水平经治疗后显著下降。结论:慢性肺心病患者饮服苦荬菜方剂后,患者无论在血流动力学相关指标还是内皮素水平都有了一定程度的降低。

Objective：To study the effects of hemodynamic and vascular endothelium on chronic pulmonary heart dis ease patients who receives Ixeri sonhifolia. Methods ：103 patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease were selected and randomly divided into A, B groups. A group was the experimental group, group B the control group. Patients in group B received daily routine treatment, patients in group A received the same routine treatment and Ixeri sonhifolia injection for a course. The final results of two groups were compared before and after treatment, and hemodynamic indexes and vascularendothelin levels of patients in two groups were observed. Results ： The patients in the A group was better than those of B group, hemodynamics and endothelin levels of patients in group A decreased obviously. Conclusion： After taking Ixeri sonhifolia injection, patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease have decreased both in the hemodynamical indexes and endothelin level.
