MDI型水性聚氨酯合成革胶膜的力学性能研究

摘要 采用预聚体法,以聚酯多元醇、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)制备了水性聚氨酯合成革浆料,考察了多元醇种类、DMPA含量、NCO/OH摩尔比、中和度、交联剂TMP含量对合成革胶膜力学性能的影响。结果表明:相比PTMG2000和PHA2000,聚酯多元醇PHA2000的力学性能更好;随着DMPA含量、NCO/OH摩尔比、中和度的增大,胶膜的拉伸强度增大;随着交联剂TMP的增大,胶膜的拉伸强度先增大后减小。 A slurry of waterborne polyurethane for synthetic leather was prepared with polyester polyol, 4,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI) and 2,2-dimethylolpropionic acid (DMPA) by the method of prepolymerization. The effects on the mechanical property of polyurethane membranes from the slurry, such as the type of polyol,the content of DMPA,the ratio of NCO/OH (mol/mol),the degree of neutralization and the content of TMP, were investigated. The results showed that the PHA2000 was better on the mechanical properties compared to the PTMG2000. The tensile strength of the polyurethane membranes increased with the increase of the content of DMPA, the ratio of NCO/OH and the degree of neutralization. And with the increasing content of TMP, the tensile strength of the polyurethane membranes increased first then decreased.
