摘要
基于大学生实习囚徒困境的理论模型,本研究提出"学生对学校基础教学质量评价越高,学生越不会过度参与实习"的研究假设,并采用《首都高校教育质量与学生发展状况》调查数据进行实证检验。实证结果支持了大学生实习参与程度与学校基础教学质量之间的关系的推论,即学生对学校基础教学质量评价越高,越不会过度参与实习。
College student internship has been increasing after the expansion of higher education in China. And the theoretical model of Prisoner's Dilemma from Game Theory is applied to explain why this phenomenon is "inevitable" under current institutional arrange- ments. Using student-level data from the 2011 College Student Development Survey(CSDS: 2011 ), this study employed the internship engagement index and multinomial logit model to analyze the relationship between the quality of college teaching and students' time spending on internship. According to the empirical result, this study found out that teaching quality has a negative effect on students' time spending on internship, supporting the hypothesis from the model of Prisoner's Dilemma.
