俄罗斯远东与日本经贸合作的现状及展望

Present Situation and Perspective of Economic Cooperation between Russian Far East and Japan

俄罗斯远东地区远离莫斯科,人口虽然稀少但资源丰富。近年,俄远东地区的石油、天然气等能源开发与出口呈快速增长态势。能源等资源合作是日俄经贸关系的重要领域。与此同时,日俄两国地方间经贸交流也将有益于各自区域经济的发展。今后,除了加强日俄双边合作之外,日本与俄罗斯远东地区、中国东北地区也应积极开展多边经济交流与合作。

The Russian Far East is far away from Moscow and sparsely populated, but endowed with rich resources. In recent years, the Far East＇s oil and gas exploitation and export has demonstrated a fast increase. Energy resource cooperation is an important field in Japan-Russian economic relations. Meanwhile, the local commercial exchange between the two countries will be also beneficial to the development of their regional economy. From now on, except reinforcing the bilateral cooperation between Japan and Russia, Japan should actively carry out the multilateral exchange and cooperation with the Far East and the north part of China.
