阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患儿术后严重呼吸道梗阻一例

摘要 患儿，女，4岁7月，46kg，BMI为32kg／m2。以慢性扁桃体炎、腺样体肥大收住人院，拟在全身麻醉下行扁桃体剥离、腺样体刮除术。既往无手术史、疾病史及过敏史。术前访视患儿头颈活动度良好，颈部粗短，下颌较小，张口度可。舌体肥厚且较短，扁桃体Ⅲ度肿大，咽腔明显狭窄，Mallam—pati气道分级Ⅲ级（仅见软腭）。
