术中恶性高热一例

摘要 患儿，男性，15岁，体重26kg，诊断：脊柱侧弯术后，多关节挛缩，右侧斜颈，双侧上眼睑下垂，斜视。拟行右侧胸锁乳突肌离断术、双侧胭绳肌松解术。患儿曾于外院全麻下行脊柱侧弯矫正术。患儿体型瘦弱，步态呈屈髋屈膝状，无明显跛行。仰卧位双下肢屈髋屈膝状，左膝关节屈曲15°，左髋关节屈曲10°，右膝关节屈曲20°，右髋关节屈曲15°。肌力6级，肌张力较高，肌肉萎缩，双侧跟腱挛缩，右踝关节背伸达70度，两上肢外展小于30度，双手指指间关节轻度屈曲，
