中西医结合治疗慢性支气管炎疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Treating Chronic Bronchitis

目的:观察中西医结合治疗慢性支气管炎疗效。方法:将符合病例入选标准的320例患者随机分为两组,对照组予常规西医治疗,治疗组在常规西医治疗的基础上根据中医辨证施治采用补肺汤合二陈汤加减,两组均观察患者咳嗽、咳痰、气喘等症状及肺部啰音、哮鸣音等体征。结果:治疗组总有效率93.3%,对照组总有效率83.1%,两组比较均有显著差异(P均<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗慢性支气管炎能提高疗效,增强免疫力,减少复发,提高病人生活质量,延长病人寿命。

Objective：To observe the therapeutic efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of chronic bronchitis. Methods ：320 standard-compliant patients were randomly assigned to two groups. The treatment group was treated with lung-tonifying decoction and Erchen decoctionon on the foundation of western medicine. The comparison group received the conventional treatment of western medicine. The patients＇ symptoms of coughing, expectoration and asthma as well as physical signs of pulmonary cacophony and wheeze were observed before and after treatments. Results ： The total effective rate in treatment group was 93.3% and 83.1% in the comparison group. The total effective rate between the two groups was obviously different（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Chronic bronchitis treated with combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine can improve therapeutic efficacy, develop immunity from disease, reduce the risk of relapse, improve the patients＇ quality of living and in- crease their life expectancy.
