摘要
通过单因素实验选择和正交设计法对五味子中多糖进行微波提取,以五味子中的多糖提取率为指标,分别对料液比、提取温度、提取时间和提取次数等因素进行考察,优化出了微波法提取五味子多糖的最佳条件:料液比(m/V)为1g:20mL、提取温度为30℃、提取时间为40min、提取次数为3次,优化后在此条件下多糖提取率可高达14.86%。
In this study, single factor experiment and orthogonal design was used for microwave extraction of polysaccharide from Schisandra chinensis Turcz. Bail. The solid-liquid ratio, extraction temperature, extraction time and extraction frequencies and other factors were observed. The best conditions for the microwave method to extract polysaccharide were as follows : solid-liquid ratio(m/V) waslg: 20mL, extraction temperature was set at 30~C, extraction time was 40min, extracting for 3 times. Under this condition,polysaceharide extraction rate can he up to 14.86%.
