HPLC法测定三果汤中没食子酸和鞣花酸的含量 被引量:2

摘要 目的:采用HPLC法同时测定三果汤中具有抗氧化活性成分没食子酸和鞣花酸含量的方法。方法:采用的色谱柱为welchrom C18色谱柱(50mm×4.60mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.25%甲酸溶液梯度洗脱,流速为0.85mL/min,柱温25℃,检测波长为260nm。结果:没食子酸和鞣花酸分别在0.0500~0.7000mg,0.0502~0.7140mg范围内呈良好线性,平均回收率分别为103.22%,97.49%(n=6)。结论:采所建方法适用于同时测定三果汤中没食子酸和鞣花酸的含量。 Objective:To develop RP-HPLC for the determination of antioxidant contents including gallic acid and ellagie acid in Sanguo Decoction. Methods:The separation was performed on a welchrom C18 (50mm × 4.60mm ,5 μm)column with gradient elution. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.25% methanoic acid solution,and the flow rate was 0.85mL/min. The detection wave- length was set at 260nm. Billand column temperature was set at 25℃. Results:The linear ranges of gallic acid and ellagic acid were within 0. 0500 - 0. 7000mg and 0. 0502 - 0. 7140mg, respectively. The average recoveries for gallic and ellagie acid were 103.22% ,97.49% ( n = 6 ). Conclusion:This method is suitable for the determininalion of gallic acid and ellagic acid in Sanguo Decoction.
